 Everything I do challenges the way people look at movement and pain relief; I believe everyone with muscular pain should be able to heal themselves.

After teaching dance, sport and yoga for 20 years, I’m left with sporadic hip pain. Somatics saved me from surgery and I learnt how to achieve pain-free movement without pills, surgery or complimentary therapies. I can help you too.
