SUP yoga session


A super fun SUP yoga session.  In collaboration with Harlyn SUP club for the boards and tuition.  SUP yoga challenges your yoga to a new level, your core muscles work hard to support you as you balance. This session will help improve muscular strength, balance and flexibility. This session is based on hatha yoga,  & includes a guided relaxation at the end of the class. Beginners and improvers welcome.
