SUP YOGA SESSIONS
Enjoy the great outdoors with Stand- Up Paddle board yoga sessions. We’re back again this season in Padstow, North Cornwall with me, Mara Blackburn (click here for my FB page) and Harlyn SUP club, (click here for their FB page.)
Come and join us for a fun and challenging yoga workout with paddle boards.
This session will take your yoga practice to a new level, as your core muscles work hard to support you as you balance.
This is a fun and exhilarating way to get and stay fit, Stand-Up Paddle Boarding yoga works the legs, core, arms, and back as you try to balance and stay on your board and propel yourself into yoga asanas.
The broad and stable 10ft + long paddleboards have been dubbed ‘the floating yoga mat,’ the SUP yoga experience is relaxing, meditative, joyful, playful, challenging and exhilarating.

What do I need to wear and bring?
Yoga pants, swimsuit and rash vest or t-shirt or a wetsuit if it’s cool (you may get wet!) towel and bottle of water.
Directions to venue:
We meet at the Porthilly View, Padstow, PL28 8DH at the car park near the slipway of the Estuary. You will see the trailer parked in a small layby in a residential area with all the boards ready.
When: Monday evening August 26
6-7.30pm, please arrive 15 minutes early
There are 15 spaces available on each session ( first come first served basis.)
